I am Yae Kim and I currently attend Coppell High school as a junior. The youngest of three and I am interested in attending University of Baylor. In my free times I enjoy playing sports with my friends and playing my guitar. It brings me joy when I see a smile on other people face. Once a year i go out into the Dallas metropolis and serve food to the homeless. I am a type of person that is willing to help as long as it is for the right reasons and also I enjoy giving a helpful hand when needed. I am a hands on type of guy that likes to work with my hands such as building and drawing.

Personal Testimony-
After the mission trip I went traveled in 2007, I was inspired to help the people who did not have edible water, gain the wonders of our fresh drinkable water. The people rarely are able to have this fresh water that they can drink and at the mission trip i went to in Belize they made sure every last bit of fresh water was either used or drunken. While i on the other had just wasted my water, which i thought had little value. After seeing these sick children from all the diseases that the dirty water contains I felt a desire to help. These people need to have fresh water because the water they are drinking only leads to sickness or death. There waters contain Cholera a nasty disease that is hard to recover from.
