Hello, I am a life long stratford resident who is pasionate about running my first half-marathon and thought raising money for the stratford animal rescue society would be a great motivation and even greater reward for the animals at the stratford shelter. The society relies solely on volunteers and donations for the food and care of its animals as they await a loving home. My husband and I adopted Lula 8 years ago and she has been a wonderful dog. I hope that eveyone can experience the love a shelter dog or cat has to give. I am excited to give back to an organization who gave so much to us so PLEASE help me in raising money for this great cause!
