SEF, USA is a 501 (c)(3) registered non-profit organization and all donations are tax exempt in the USA. We initiate and drive community eye care activities in India by working with eye care organisations such as Sankara Eye Care Institutions, which runs the Sankara Eye Hospital in Coimbatore. We have 8 hospitals up and running and are now getting ready to build our 9th and 10th facilities! To date we have performed over 500,000 FREE surgeries! Our goal with this Champion's Campaign is to raise enough support by Dec. 31st, 2009 to perform 10,000 FREE cataract surgeries. It takes as little as $30 to perform one free surgery! Close
