Mission
To ensure that all citizens have adequate information and access to screening for colorectal cancer.
The Colon Cancer Coalition is a non-profit that oversees the continued success of “Get Your Rear In Gear” events across the United States. Since 2005, we have raised funds to increase awareness and screening of colon cancer. Seventy-five percent of our funds stay local to ensure monies are spent to increase community awareness and screening programs. By joining forces with like-minded advocates we hope to make colon, colonoscopy and colorectal every day language, help to overcome fear and decrease deaths from colon cancer.
