Hi, My name is Anh Nguyen.
I am currently enrolled at the City College of San Francisco (CCSF) and taking a course in Women's Health Issues. The topic of promoting better body image has always been a big concern for me because I've grown up with poor self-esteem and am still currently struggling with this problem. I've been on diets as long as I can remember, and when I hear of small children asking their parents or teachers, "Am I fat?", it angers me tremendously. I was like those children. So I vow to help myself and others to love themselves.
