I'm the director of a small nonprofit in California. I was born with a congenital heart defect and had 2 surgeries to correct it. After a lot of thought, I decided that starting an organization that could help others in general would be my way of giving back and showing my thanks for all of the support I received over the years.

I spend most of my time capacity building for it, volunteering with other organizations and the rest of it with friends or studying. I talk with my family almost daily. Sadly, I can't remember the last movie I saw in a theater.
