The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services. The Society's mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Since its founding in 1949, the Society has invested more than $550.8 million for research specifically targeting blood cancers.

Light The Night

Thanks to all of you that have donated to last year’s Light the Night and this year’s Hike for Discovery. My experience in the Grand Canyon was amazing and something I will never forget. I can not picture many better ways to celebrate one year of being Cancer Free! I am still doing well health wise and continue to be Cancer Free. Unfortunately there are many people that are not as blessed as me and continue to fight and that is why I need your help to continue to raise money for the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society. When?: Saturday September 27, 2007
5:00 p.m. - Festivities & Check-in
6:30p.m. - Walk Starts

How to register to walk:
1. Click the Register to Walk button on the left hand menu
2. Click on Join Team
3. In the drop down menu at the top left (search by) choose Team Captain
4. Type in Scott Peterson in the box to the right and click Search
5. Click on Team Peterson
6. Fill out the information, click Register and You will be walking with me and Hundreds of other people to support Cancer survivors, patients and our friends and family that have lost their battle to Cancer!
