NEW! Document Upload within Events and Groups
If you have any documents -- maps, volunteer applications, agreement forms, etc., we now enable the event or group organizer to upload these important documents and attach it to the page. Each application (event and group) has the ability to store these documents so that participants can download them with one click! As you can imagine, this prompted us to think of other areas whereby document storage might make sense. Stay tuned!
NEW! Giving Road Map
As our platform increasingly grows and our definition of 'giving' expands, we created a Giving 'Road Map' to help provide some direction. Depending on the tools your community may have, the Giving 'Road Map' conveniently acts as a visual navigation system, prompting users what they'd like to do next and how they'd like to give.

New to Your Community: Enhanced Navigation
During the last few years, we recorded user feedback about the "tabbing system" currently in place. From the data we gathered, a common theme was concluded: users were getting confused between "theirs" and the "community's". There was "Volunteer" and "My Volunteering;" then "Giving" and "My Giving." The two options often created confusion from a user perspective.
So, we modified the navigation to make it easier for users to find what they are looking for -- faster and with fewer steps.
Old (notice the 'dual' navigational structure - too many options!)
New (notice the use of pull down menus to find what you need, in one click!)
Side Bar Navigation
We also enhanced the navigation on the left hand side of each page. We took steps to highlight where you are in the tool and what options are available to you. At the same time, we cleaned up the general interface, stylized the text a bit, and put focus on the things that truly deserve attention.
Why we're excited?
We're always looking to create the best user experience, and feel this enhancement is a definitive step in that direction. Getting users to where they want to be, faster, and in a more enjoyable manner is what our goal is. We're excited, because this helps us achieve that.
