Leilani Webb

Born a Webb and raised a San Francisco native, it’s no surprise that Leilani would do great things in this industry and world! With a father (Bobbie Webb) Dynamite Saxophone player/music legend and mother (Talo Webb, deceased) who had a heart of gold, Leilani has been destined to do great things!

Leilani began playing music in Jr. High for 3 years under Mr. Jack Martens and continued with music in high school under Mr. Pleasure. With a passion for music Leilani began singing! Music wasn’t the only thing that she was interested in!

In the mid 90’s Leilani teamed up with her dad and the Blues and R & B Music Foundation, Inc. was formed. With a heavy burden for community, both Leilani and her dad take’s community outreach very seriously! With projects such as: Women’s Ministry, Prison Ministry, Homeless and Youth Ministry. Mural projects and serving the community wholeheartedly. Leilani had a burning desire in her heart to make a difference.

With 22 years of experience with the community, Leilani also multi-tasks with her foundation duties. Some of her responsibilities are: grant writing, event coordinating, project(s) planning, overseeing the Board of Directors, foundation reports, project presentation(s), fundraising just to name a few! Even with the many responsibilities Leilani may have, she also works very closely with other organizations and their programs/projects.

If this wasn’t enough, Leilani teamed up with a childhood friend Ron”Enfluenz”Dean. This partnership started out with an Artist management company! Some of their responsibilities include: contract negotiations, artist development, and marketing/promotions to name a few! To date they have under their belt: Artist management (Leilani has the honor of managing her fathers career among other artist), 2 online entertainment magazines, 2 record labels with general distribution/digital distribution and a reality show that will soon run very soon. Their goal is to give back and assist those whom are up and coming an opportunity to fulfill their career goals!

Leilani has been blessed with the brilliant team she works alongside. Her vision is to continue to work hard with the community. Giving back is a reflection of what’s in her heart, mind and soul! In order to have a better future for her children and everyone else, we must do our part!
