The Seattle Humane Society has been operating for over 100 years as a private, nonprofit animal welfare organization. We are proud to serve the people and animals of King County with a variety of programs including adoptions, veterinary services, dog training classes, a pet food bank, and humane education for children of all ages. Through our outreach, advocacy, and services, we strive to ensure that animal companionship is accessible to all. Today we remain true to our original mission to speak out for those who cannot speak for themselves and to bring people and animals together.
