Mastocytosis is over accumulation of mast cells in the body that degranulate and cause anaphylactic reactions with no reason what so ever you just react and sometimes triggers can be figured out ,other times no trigger is found. There is NO CURE it has taken me away already. I married the love of my life and we have 5 children, youngest is 8 this was all prior to my diagnosis . Mission Statement:
It seems that the New England area has a high concentration of people who have mastosytosis. Why is that? Many children get this disease some outgrow it and some do not and It breaks my heart to see all the pages with "In Memory of" with that babies name. I have cried every day since I was told I have this disease, I write goodbye letters to my children in the event that one of these attacks takes my life or that this disease decides to become aggressive when it feels the need.
