One Hundred Black Men of Jackson, Inc. is a non-profit organization in which African - American males step forward to assume roles of community leadership, responsibility, and guidance. The 100 black Men of Jackson alone with the national organization, serves as a catalyst to empower African-America people, to individually and collectively reach their full potential through maximizing their resources, to foster and enhance achievement in mentoring, education, health and wellness, and economic development in their communities. Program Mission Statement "Our Mission is to establish entrepreneurial thinking among At Risk students targeted most likely to drop out of school, using Basic Entrepreneurial Concepts software in a computer discovery lab that exposes students to business ownership, through research of entrepreneurs with common backgrounds and interest, as well as giving students a hands-on project creating and running their own business."
